The example numbers are invented for illustration, not market data. Enter counts for one lead cohort: leads that arrived in one period and what they became, however long that took. Each count must not exceed the one before it. Sales cost per appointment held is your own estimate of rep time and travel. Cost per closed deal here is lead spend plus that sales cost, divided by contracts; it leaves out design, permit and install costs. The what-if replaces the proposal-to-close rate and holds every cost fixed; it is arithmetic, not a forecast. Entries accept 12,500 or 0,15; a value such as 1.000 is ambiguous and is rejected, so write 1 or 1000.
