Method: cash flow available for debt service (CFADS) is revenue less O&M less the one-off replacement cost, in each year. Each DSCR limit allows a level payment equal to the lowest CFADS in the tenor divided by the minimum DSCR. Debt is that payment times the annuity factor at the interest rate. The debt cap is the stated share of capex. The loan is the lowest of the three. The P90 case multiplies energy by the stated percentage in every year. Numbers accept 1,200 or 0,10 style input. Values such as 1.000 are refused because they could mean 1 or 1,000.
