Paste one row per period: expected, measured and (optional) 1 if you know an issue was active, else 0. Separate columns with a tab, a semicolon, spaces or commas. For decimal commas use semicolons or tabs. Use the same unit in both columns. A header line is skipped only if its first two columns are both words.
