All example numbers are invented for illustration, not market data. Each touch reply rate is a share of leads that are still unreplied and not opted out. Opt-outs are a share of messages sent, and the same rate is applied to every recipient. Day is the running total of the delays you enter. Entries accept 1,000 or 2,5; a value such as 1.000 is ambiguous and is rejected, so write 1 or 1000. The tool is arithmetic on your inputs, not a forecast, and it does not check any consent or send-window rule.
