All example numbers are invented for illustration, not market data. Past rate is past contracts divided by past leads, with a 95% Wilson interval. Weighted routing splits leads in proportion to past rate, with each rep capped at weekly capacity and any surplus passed to the others. Expected contracts assume each rep keeps the past rate at the new volume, which is a simplification. Contact within 30 and 60 minutes are shares you supply. The reassign line assumes an unanswered lead moves at 30 minutes to a rep chosen evenly from the others, who then has 30 minutes. Entries accept 12,500 or 0,15; a value such as 1.000 is ambiguous and is rejected, so write 1 or 1000.
