Part 1 checks GHI = DNI x cos(zenith) + DHI. Part 2 transposes to a tilted plane with the isotropic sky model. Inputs in W/m2 and degrees. Preset values are clear-sky values from pvlib (Ineichen-Perez) at solar noon.
