Method: lease paid in year t = 12 x monthly payment x (1 + escalator)^(t - 1). Bill offset = kWh produced x share offsetting the bill x utility rate in year t. Net = bill offset minus lease paid. Year 0 holds the upfront payment. Enter numbers without thousands separators, for example 5000, and use a point or comma for decimals, for example 0.2 or 0,2.
